Pakistan’s first science park, National Science and Technology Park (NSTP) is bustling with tenants and visitors since its inauguration in December 2019, achieving 50% occupancy since then. INSTP Members in the Spotlight: Pakistan’s NSTP Takes onboard Premium Innovation Companies

The Park focuses on the 8 key thematic areas – AgriTech, AutoTech, EdTech, EnergyTech, DefTech, FinTech, HealthTech, SmartTech. These themes have been carefully selected to maximise technological, economic and societal impact in addition to job creation.

 

NSTP’s tenants include a mix of well-established and fast growing companies as anchor tenants and high-tech SMEs as well as high potential startups working on breakthrough ideas and products. The appropriate balance of companies in different stages of their life cycle ensure that an interactive, cluster oriented innovation approach is being followed at the Park.

Jhpiego (https://www.jhpiego.org/) from USA, ZAUQ Group (http://www.zauq.com/) and Pharmatec Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (http://www.pharmatec.com/) are working on cutting edge research in the HeathTech sector.

APIMatic (https://www.apimatic.io/) from New Zealand, National Logistics Cell (http://www.nlc.com.pk/), Graana (www.graana.com), Asasa (www.asasa.com) and are few of the tenants showcasing their talents in the SmartTech sector. Whereas, Chattha Bio Care and DairyHawk (https://dairyhawk.com/) are leading the way in AgriTech sector.
